Axo is the assistant living inside HR BLOX. It reads your setup — your people, your policies, your documents — and answers in plain English.
It is an axolotl. It has a fabulous personality. It is also the reason a small team can give you the support of a much larger one.
Why an axolotl, and why a tail made of blocks?
Axolotls regenerate. Lose a limb and it grows back — fully formed, no scar. That's exactly what we wanted a people system to do. Restructure a team, change a policy, open a new site: the system heals around the change instead of forcing a rebuild from scratch.
His tail is made of blocks because every block is a module. People, Hiring, Onboarding, Leave, Documents, Time & Attendance, Roster, Performance, Events. Switch one on and he grows a segment. Switch it off and he's perfectly happy — nothing else breaks.
So Axo isn't decoration. He's the shape of the product: modular, regenerative, and honest about what he's carrying.

The rules Axo follows
- It never changes your data quietly.
- Axo suggests. You confirm. Every action it takes is written to the audit log with its name on it.
- It shows its working.
- Ask where an answer came from and it points at the record, the policy or the law it used.
- It stays in your jurisdiction.
- Compliance answers are scoped to the country you operate in. Rules from elsewhere never leak in.
- It says when it doesn't know.
- A shrug beats a confident wrong answer about someone's employment.
